The People's Democratic Congress

Constitution Of The Society:

Only in draft provisional form but must be completed as a provisional constitution at the time of the society’s launch (after general elections are called).

Main Purposes/Functions Of The Society:

1. Not to seek governmental power and authority and not be represented on any governmental bodies but to strongly back, influence and direct a particular electorally winning government of its choice.

2. To plan, manage for greater internal political independence for the people of Bartown/Barbados meaning to rid much of our political, social, financial and material systems and cultures of their colonial imperialist features and appearances.

3. To take opposition politics to a high level never before seen in Barbados since opposition politics and politics in general seem to have reached perceived all time lows, hence a gigantic leap upwards.

4. To in and of itself engage in the politics of business and the business of politics.

5. To be part and parcel of the public realm in a big fashion and to appear this way, and for the public to be part and parcel of us and to appear this way.

Core Policies Of The Society:

1. Ideological/philosophical policy
2. Organizational policy
3. Finance policy
4. Localization policy
5. Recruitment policy
6. Promotion policy
7. Implementation policy
8. Security policy

There are no central organs nor official leadership positions of the Society. The membership must therefore focus on the essence and the substance of the society in such a manner that the real growth and developement is secured.

The Society For Mass Freedem And Democrocy is the central body with the chapters (branches) of the said organization. One and only one chapter at this stage to be located in each parish.
